Dr Anne Halbert MB BS (Hons) FACD

Anne graduated with honours from the University of Western Australia Medical Faculty in 1987, winning the AMA medal for first place. After training in dermatology in Perth she became a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists in 1994. She then undertook a fellowship in paediatric dermatology and laser in Denver, Colorado. On returning to Perth she commenced private practice and became a sessional Consultant Dermatologist at Princess Margaret Hospital for Children (now Perth Children’s Hospital), where she was Head of Department for seventeen years. She is interested in all aspects of neonatal, paediatric and adolescent dermatology. She is a Clinical Associate Professor of Dermatology with the University of Western Australia, teaching medical students, general practitioners, paediatric and dermatology trainees. She has published on a wide range of paediatric dermatology topics and regularly presents at the Australasian College of Dermatologist’s annual meetings. She is on the Board of Directors of the International Society of Pediatric Dermatology and on the Board of Directors of DermCo.

Dr Rachael Foster MB BS (Hons) DCH DTM&H FACD

Rachael graduated with honours from the University of Western Australia in 2004. After initially working at Royal Perth Hospital she moved to Princess Margaret Hospital for Children, where she completed a Diploma of Child Health. She then worked in Ireland before undertaking a Diploma of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene in Liverpool in 2008. Rachael completed her dermatology training in Western Australia and became a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists in 2012. She practices general medical and surgical dermatology with a special interest in complex medical dermatological problems, paediatric dermatology, female genital dermatology and allergic contact dermatitis. She also holds sessional Consultant Dermatology posts at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Perth Children’s Hospital and Fiona Stanley Hospital.

Dr Patricia Le MB BS (Hons) FACD

Patricia graduated in medicine with honours from the University of Western Australia in 2009. She then undertook her dermatology training, becoming a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists in 2017. She enjoys seeing patients of all ages and has a special interest in skin cancer surveillance. She is also a sessional Consultant Dermatologist at Royal Perth Hospital.

Dr Austen Anderson MB BS (Hons) FACD

Austen graduated in medicine with honours from the University of Western Australia in 2008. She completed Dermatology training in Western Australia and became a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists in 2016. She is immediate past Chair of the WA Faculty of the Australasian College of Dermatologists and is a sessional Consultant Dermatologist at Royal Perth Hospital. Austen has an interest in sustainability in healthcare and is currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Environment and Health at the University of Western Australia. She enjoys all aspects of adult and paediatric dermatology, particularly the management of acne, eczema, psoriasis and skin cancer surveillance.

Dr Jeremy Ng MB BS FACD

Jeremy is a dermatologist (FACD) who completed his training in Australia and London (UK), specialising in medical and surgical dermatology. He completed a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Western Australia. During his dermatology training he was selected to spend a year working as a dermatology registrar in London, at the Chelsea Westminster and Royal Marsden Hospitals. In this time, he worked with and learnt from several world leading experts in male and female genital dermatology, skin cancer and paediatric dermatology. Following the completion of his dermatology training in WA, he was offered a position in Cambridge, UK working as a dermatology consultant with Cambridge University NHS Trust (Addenbrookes Hospital).

He is committed to continuing professional development and the teaching and training of dermatology in both doctors and medical students globally. His special interests include: skin cancer, acne, eczema, psoriasis, photodermatology, and male genital dermatology. Jeremy takes great pride in his work and is committed to providing a high standard of dermatological care in an empathetic, effective and professional manner.
